Would 03-05 spoiler bolt up to 06 holes?

Pretty much in the title, I have a 2006 G35 Coupe and like the look of the older style spoiler better than the current one. If I bought a paint matched spoiler from a 03-05 model would it be a pretty simple install if I already have the 06 spoiler on my car? Thanks.

It should
On a side note 03 and 06 have a different latch....

I installed a trunk with spoiler from a 03 to my 06 n it doesn't like up... strange... but the latch is different

But the spoiler shouldn't interfere with the latch mechanism? Isn't it just some bolts connected to the top of the deck lid?

Alright, thanks for the info. I'll bump this thread when I end up getting the new spoiler so if anyone has the same question it can get answered.
