Ya like i posted before, u just have to work on the bulbs so it wont mess anything up. I have electrical tape covering the 2 middle connections on the bulb, tomorrow i will try to dremal them off. But i will take them out tomorrow and take pixs of both ways and pixs of the result.

example of bulb: on the base there are for metal connections like this | | | | so i used elc. tape to cover 2 of them so now the only connection are these | X X |, but ill sow pixs tomorrow.

Not hard put u can reach the passenger side under the hood, but the driver side u will need to go through the wheelwell. I recommend to use the electrical tape method. I couldnt wait for mornin so i just tried to grind them off but i cut to much and the bulb turned smoky inside, but if your careful with a dremal (which i didnt find mine to use) just cut the connections.

here the link to imagestation where i just put up the pixs. (u will need to sign up)

Update: if you dont want to use the electrical tape, I found out if you cut the middle connections really close to the glass that will work too. I checked out the plug and the contact is only on the flat side of the bulbs, so if you cut them short and point them straight down would work too.

I'm bringing this thread back from the dead, but I found another way to do this. I bought some 15 LED replacement bulbs (superbrightleds.com) to go in the front turn signals, after I installed them (along with a Load Resistor kit) my turn signals now only turn on when I activated them. I wasn't going for this at first, I just wanted LED turn signals, but now I've gotten used to it. Anyway, for more details or pics PM me.

Oops! Don't forget to put tape on the end afterwards.

borahatch are the leds as bright when signaling as the stock bulb when signaling? also what would happen if i didnt get the Load Resistor kit? and did you also do the rear turn signals too? if so how do they look? i rather have leds also instead those damn bulbs.
