Which lips just bolt on without drilling?

I read on another forum the data systems lip just bolts on and doesn't need any drilling. Can someone list a few other lips that they know of that only needs to be bolted on, rather then drilled? I just have this fear of drilling into my own car, hehe. Thanks in advance!

as far as i know, only the urethane d-spec front lip ( replica data systems) the original fiberglass one requires you to put drill for 2 extra screws in the wheel well for some reason. veilside and oem is the same way. im not sure about the stillen and burnout.

anyone have a link to exactly where you drill? is it just into some plastic covering or the actual bumper of the car?

And anyone know who sells the bolt-on only lip? Will this have less stability compared to the ones that also need drilling?

ANd one last question...anyone know of an experienced shop to do the drilling/painting if needed? thanks!(Oops forgot to say where...i meant anywhere good in southern cali?)
