Ive seen a few guys with blacked out or smoked headlight bodies. Has anyone done it to match the car? I think a red or CB coupe with monochromatic headlight bodies might look pretty clean.

I think it's a pretty tedious process therefore I don't partake in such task. I've seen a picture or two of g35's with headlight matching body paint.

really? I had you in mind when I posted this, gdragon. Is the painting process that much different than smoking them?

It is much different. I would have to acquire some factory paint, if you wanted truly match. And the process will be like painting a car.

Ed- yours are black, right? I like the black, but Im looking for pics of other colors- red, blue, white- something different like that. Similar to the new C6 headlights.

great find. more pics here http://www.clearcorners.com/products/infiniti/G35a/
I wish they had some at a distance so you could get a feel for the entire front end. prices are pretty steep- for that much you could get projectors.

That IP one looks awesome. I bet in red it is crazy cool. so is it 125 if you send them your lights?or are you paying 825 for the light +125 for the colored housing... I wonder if they will take your lights in exchanges and send you colored ones for 125...
