Console surface stratches, is touch-up available?

Hello All,
My G35 came with the silvery finish on the console and door handles. I have a few scratches on the finish. Is there some kind of touch-up product available to cover up the scratches?

Call grubbs and ask how much for a new one. My console with shift boot was 13.00
