ok i had this issue,, very simple... on the upper corners, you'll notice to holes. look inside them you'll need a flat head screw driver to turn the square screw straight, damn wish i had pics, but anyways, after u twist those u pull off the 4 plugs after that inside you'll notice a bunch of little plastic thingys haha sorry kinda ghetto, n e wayz they click in, so dont just pull staright out, u have to push the clip up on the bottom of the tabs and then pull out, it's fairy simple if u toy with it a bit. sorry i can't be more help, it's kinda like a book w/ no pictures... haha

I just had mine off today. I have a 2005 so I don't know if all the years are the same.
There are 4 fasteners that are visible on the top. Just pop up the center of each one with a small flat bladed screw driver and then the whole thing pulls out.
In the upper corner of each side of the grill there is a small opening. Take a flashlight and look in there. You will see a small square headed fastener with a slot in it. The way it is sitting now it doesn't line up with the square in the grill. You have to turn the square head with a flat bladed screwdriver so the square lines up with the square in the grill. I kept some pressure on the grill pulling it towards me while I turned so when they lined up it would pop loose.
The last is the bottom. You can reach in from the top with the flat screwdriver and release the clips by lightly pushing up on the bottom of each one. Be careful not to scratch the bumper when the grill comes off.
I had a lot of trouble the first time I tried to put the grill back in. I couldn't get the square fasteners to line up. What I did was to remove them from the car and attatch them to the grill. Then all I had to do was rotate them a little to snap them back in to the car.

removal
The pop fasteners on the top of the grill are easy. The hardest clips to remove (for me) were the square ones located deep behind the grill. I had to get a long and narrow flat headed screw driver to twist the square screws so that they were straight (sides parallel and perpendicular with the ground). These square fasteners are located on the far left and right sides of the grill about an inch toward the center from the edge. There are also a few clip fasteners that hold the grill in place. Once you get the top pop fasteners off the grill and get the two square fasteners removed, you can pull the grill away from the car. Don't worry about flexing the bumper cover too much. Just pull the grill to get a good look at the clips that remain. You can squeeze your hand through the gap made by pulling the grill forward to get at the clips.
A really helpful tip once the grill is removed is to unhook the square fasteners from the bumper. If you're going to be replacing the grill you'll want to put the square fasteners in the grill FIRST then put the grill back on the car (not exactly the same as the removal procedure).
