Splash Guards

Received my splash guards last week sometime, installed them in about an hour. Instructions seemed to be a little wrong, but all in all I am happy with the result of the final product as well as their ability to reduce the schmeg from the road. The wrongness with the instructions were quite simply on my car there is only one of those pop-grommet things that you pop out with a small flat blade screwdriver. The instructions claimed there were two.

Another thing to note: Must get a smaller rolling floor jack. This car sits way to low on the ground to get it in the middle....Had to jack on the frame rails on the side of the car.

Well, another thing to note is that it has reduced my urge to wash the car from every 6 hours to every 10 hours. We have had alot of rain lately....And I have had alot of time to wash the car.

They did not immediately make any cosmetic improvement, but now I think they kind of do....At least in the sense of more phatness of the ride...and the clean undersides....

Re: Splash Guards

Post a closer look sometime bro. I'd like a better view. I'm sure they are 'phat'.

Re: Splash Guards

yeah .. I saw yours and scoops at the meet ...they really do actually phat up the ride..

they give the back portion there a lower shapelier taper and have a little ridge on them that will reflect light helping dudes like me with a black ride to show more shape .. which tends to be hidden on the black.

the back simply looks fatter not Phatter but skirted sortof which is a understated type of skirt... I thinkin those and maybe the stillen front lip and lower it and them 5 zigs ... a turbo and ok ... thats enough

laterrrrrrrrrrr
