I am going to repaint my hood because of all of the rock chips and It will cost me about 220 dollars. I saw a CF hood that I can buy for 300 and I really want it but I'm not sure how it would look on black. Does anyone have a picture of a CF hood on a black car?

I've come across a bunch of pictures with black cars and CF hoods, but I never saved any of them. The CF is a little lighter than the black, and has a touch of brown in the weaving. Some people dont like it on black cars because from a distance, it looks like it just has a dirty hood.

 

Well my car sits in the garage 24/7 so.. there is no distance lol. Well... **BUMP** if anyone has this let me know!

 

how about painting the CF hood?

 

I think CF hood on black looks really good... Being that the car is black... doesn't really throw off the look... Especially if your planning on getting a full CF lip kit... SICKNESS... I think...

 

i dont like CF on black or silver cars, only white, red, blues

 

I would think black would look the meanest! MAN I WANNA SEE A PIC!

I found these. I don't like the hood but it gives us an idea. If I was going to go with a CF hood I would get the style Kamal has.

hahaha no one believes me but I paid $200! I swear my buddy Wes sold it to me cause hes tyte like that. Anyway, if anyone is going to Stillen then for sure ull see it but if not, I will get some more cleaner pics.

I have a few people around this town the have CF on their G35...it don't not look so hot. I saw an all black G35 with a CF hood. From a distance the CF G still looks great, but as you get closer it looks out of place.
