Stock 05 Bumpers fit 03? SORRY DID IT TWICE IGNORE THIS ONE

Hey I have an 03 Sedan and I want a good looking body kit. Ive looked at the Nismo but Itd be cheaper and easier to buy 05 stock bumpers from the dealer. Would the 05 bumper fit on my 03? (Cause I know there were some changes with the grill which might affect the fit)
