changing the fog lights
1) Jack the front of the car up a little so you can reach into the wheel well area easier..
2) turn front wheel in on side your working on.....
3) remove the five (5) black plastic fastners ( you lift the center portion with a small flat screw driver, then remove the entire fastner)
4) there are two (2) phillips head screws on the top of the wheel well fender lip....remove them as well...
5) You should now be able to pull down the wheel well liner from the top center....this will give you access to the back of the headlight assembly.
6) Locate the fog light cap (red and yellow line) and twist the cap counter clockwise.
7) Locate retainer ring and use your thumb and index finger to squeeze in until the retainer ring is loose and drops down. (The bulb is loose at this point.)
8) Use a clean/dry towel and carefully pull the bulb out from the fixture.
9) Use a clean/dry towel and carefully insert the new bulb into the fixture.
10) Carefully insert the bulb into the housing.
11) Pull the retainer ring up and squeeze it back in against the back of the fixture.
12) Test to see if the fog light turns on.
13) Seal the cap clockwise
14) Push the wheel fender back in and tighten the screw and tabs and you are done.

I only needed to remove (1) 10mm bolt from the bottom of the fender liner and (1) philips head screw high up on the liner. At that point, I could peel back the liner and get access to the back of the headlight.
It is a tight squeeze. I had fairly large hands, but I was able to do both lights in about 25 minutes total. the 1st 15 minutes for the drivers side because I wasn't sure how everything fit together.
