what do you call this part

hi. can someone tell me the actual name of the part i highlighted(green)? this particular pix doesn't have it, but our car came with a sort-of like a mud guard piece(is it a mud guard?) body kit. i searched for this part in the internet and can't really tell if i'm going to buy the right one. thanks.

Splash guards. They're available for the front and rear (sold in pairs) and come pre-painted straight from Infiniti. They easily install using self tapping screws and 3M tape. You can buy them from your dealer (service / parts) or online from one of the many retailers selling them...

Actually its a very common part, nothing out of the ordinary, but it's one of those items that are not easy to come by used, as most people who remove them, do so if they get aftermarket side skirts or a rear end / valance, and since they're not many of us who've taken that route, you're better off getting them new. If I remember correctly, they're not too pricey new in that you can get a full set for roughly $150. Shop around...

Ummm, not a common part? It's factory, tons of G's have them. Everythingg35 should have it on their website.
