Hey found another one from the same seller, The buy it now is cheap!
I looked at His feedback and he has sold a few already and recieved positive feedback from the buyers. I msg him about the changing of email that you just added to this thread 'Meatbag' and he said that you sent the money via paypal to the wrong email address .... LOL ... ...
and then you refused to pay for the auction ...
gosh.. I guess kids will be kids .. I hate dead beat bidders ..

 

It was a little more complicated then that. I sent payment to the address he registered with eBay for payment through paypal. He then told me it was the wrong one and that I should send a new payment for the full amount to this other address. Then it came out that the original address was his ex-girlfriends which he said he hasn’t used in almost 3 years, yet the emails I received from him were from that address. So he wanted me to send payment twice to two different emails that he has access too. Im not stupid enough to do that and he couldn’t keep his **** straight so I called it off. Way too much money to risk.

Kids will be kids.....and I hate dead beat sellers.

 

WOW 'Meatbags' sounds like quite the story ...
So I take it you had your money refunded to you ? Seems wierd why this guy would give you your money back if he was trying to take it from you so bad ? ? These other people seemed to get thier hood with no problem.
Since this guy couldnt log into the account you sent the money to , you had to wait like 20 - 30 days for no one to cailm money before you got your money back right ?
This is starting to smell like the case of "The dead beat buyer"

 

From what I understand, his e-mail address was correct but the paypal account associated with it was his ex gf's. I don't want to get involved in this but I can say that the seller is and honest seller. (maybe just not a good lover hehe)

 

Maybe he is or isnt; I dont know. But I wasnt about to send anyone payment twice and hope that no one claims the first payment so paypal can refund it in 30days.

 

i known the seller since i was in middleschool...great guy and isnt looking out to screw anyone over.

 

Forgive me for being naive on materials, but in one paragraph it states CF and in the next it states "constructed of real hand laid fiberglass." Which is it??

 

lemme get this straight, you sent payment to the wrong address and it was refunded and then you refused to pay him to his correct account? That's pretty messed up. Some guys did that to me on a car I sold on ebay. Since ebay auctions are valid contracts, my uncle (a lawyer) was able to go after the guy and he was forced to buy the car he had bid on. I also ended up filing a non-paying bidder form with ebay. I think his e-bay account was suspended.

Im done with this and i am not relpying to this thread or topic anymore. My job is not to make everyone believe me or even understand what happend correctly or help with peoples reading comprehension skills.
