If anyone can help me find a drawing on how to replace the headlight HID bulbs from an 05 G35 Coupe.
Since the Owners Manual just says take it to the dealer in the Healight section, how can I do it myself?
Is there a website or some other forum with detailed instructions?
I searched here and cant find anything with drawings or insturctions.

Any help would be appreciated.

jack up car, peel open wheel liner, reach in, unscrew headlight cover, take out bulb, put in new one and ur all set. Don't need to take off ur wheel.

 

There used to be a thread with detailed pics... After the site went through remodelling, I cant find it anymore. Someone with DIY pics?

 

exactly. but, i recommend you take the wheel off for it to be much easier.

 

Either way changing the HID bulbs are not fun!

yup, just put in my 6Ks today. The driver side was a bit harder to do than the passenger side because there is more room to work with on the passenger side.

So how do you put them in. I was told you have to remove the whole bumper b4 putting in the new ones:O

Removing the front bumper just makes taking out the headlight easier.
