The new headlights

No, not the 06's. GDragon did this last set for me and here is the finished product on his car. BMW low beam projectors and M3 Bixenon projectors.

How much did it end up costing and does he still do the retro-fits? I heard he stopped doing them.

Yeah he stopped doing them unfortunately, if anyone can figure out how to do it there is a lot of money to be made because I've had a LOT of people ask me for them and I constantly have to turn them down.

As far as how much it cost, I cant really tell. Since this was the last set he's doing he gave me a real good deal.. I hate to see him stop doing this because he's always easy to deal with and does an excellent job, you can barely get that out of some vendors on this site.

Wow that thing looks great. I'd hate to see my G all opened up like that, but those do look great... two questions...

1) How much did you pay for them? (I know you got a discount, what was that discount price?)
2) I know he stopped doing them, but anyone know why he stopped?

I think he stopped cause he doesnt have much time to put into it. I felt bad because every time he sent me an email on how things were going it was like 2am in the morning.

About the beam cutoff, the other projectors he did before were the same as stock, it was perfect considering I live around a lot of dark back roads.

On the price.. judging from the parts it looks like $2k all together for both the low beams and high beams, that is just a guess though judging on the cost of the parts. Some may think its stupid to pay that much but I was already half way in with the low beam projectors and I think he charged $650 for that and blacking out the headlights. I wanted something different so I figured why not? Plus I love the bixenons on the FX35 when I had one for a loaner.. it made visibility so nice at night.
