Is the Nismo front bumper functional?
It is time for me to replace my front bumper 
(I hate women drivers but that is another story I do not want to get into) Is the Nismo front bumper functional (meaning does it add more downforce to the front of the car @ high speeds)? If not I'll just settle for an OEM front bumper w/ an OEM lip. Thanks!
