gaps in my body kit, help!

the bodyshop called me today, and fitted my kit on, overall the fitment was great, i have the ings+1 replica, and on the rear where it wraps around my factory bumper theres about a 1 inch gap on either side. What would you guys recommend the bodyshop do to fix this? They said something about glue the area, but i'm not sure if thats the best way? Please help...

Poly or fiberglass? If it's fiberglass they can make it fit easy, if it's poly than I don't know what they would do. How was the fitment on the front and sides?

fitment is good, its FG, they told me that if it was poly they can make it fit better, so wtf? im confused? the rear has like an inch gap where it wraps around the back where the rear mudguards use to be... according to them, they told me poly would be easier to work with and make fit... i dunno what to believe anymore, the fitment is good, just a few gaps here and there they need to fix...

If there are 1 inch gaps on both sides, that is horrible...how can you say the fitment is good?

All I have to say is you wouldn't have this headache if you purchased authentic ings+1 products: www.ingsusa.com

Where did you buy the kit from? You might want to take your car to another bodyshop because FG is the easiest material to mold. Any bodyshop that has experience with kits will tell you they can repair mistakes in a FG bumber alot faster then a Poly and since they charge by the HR im sure you would save you time and money.
