Is it possible to fix screw holes in front bumper ?

.
I bought an IP 2004 G35c about two weeks ago .. In Ontario canada we require front plates .. There are two screw holes in the front bumper that annoy the hell out of me .. I am not a body shop kind of guy, so sorry for the stupid question, but can a body shop fill in the screw holes to look like a new clean bumper ?

I will be attaching the new plate to the tow hook underneath so there are no screw holes.. This way I can put on the plate and take it off at my own convenience..

.

You can try this place, but they are pricey for plugs. http://www.bumperplugs.com/
I'm still looking around for other cheaper alternatives

i used automotive fasteners from napa auto parts -- off a GM i believe, just painted them with my touch up paint-- not great, but pretty good for 3 bucks.

you can fill in the holes, but the whole bumper will need to be resprayed. Take it to a body shop and they will use a rubber sealent to fill them.
