Scratch remover for brushed aluminum??

Scratch remover for brushed aluminum??
Is there a product that removes scratches on brush aluminum? While I was hard wiring the Pac AAI-NIS, I must've accidently scratched the brushed aluminum interior below the "Bose" headunit and on the face of the ashtray. I've never heard of one but I figured I'd ask anyway.

1500grit polish in the SAME direction as your brushing! Becareful not to polish out the brushing, if so lightly scatch it back with a synth. 600 grit paper.
