There have been a lot of changes through this thread, please read through if you're considering to get this replica--replica of the Nismo Rear center diffuser.
Summary: Group buy is ON for the fiberglass| There will be NO carbon fiber version | Price COULD be in the $350 range shipped

Speaking from personal PITA experience, I suggest you make it clear that you want the 1-piece, rear/center diffuser. The side aero diffusers (2-piece) are listed as rear diffusers as well, allowing room for a misunderstanding.
I waited several months for mine, only to have the rear/side aero pieces show up. Neither I nor the vendor were too pleased with the mix-up, but the vendor did identify where the problem was and got the proper part ordered ASAP. It took about 2 more months for the proper piece to arrive.

UPDATE:
intensepower has no one to pick up the phone
bulletproof says they pricing is already very low and there is not much room to work with (at least for 4 people), so it's probably around their listed $542. They do not have any in stock and they say it takes approx. 2-3 months to have the items.
