I sanded down the bottom so it fits with my lip now. I still need to force it a little, but I tired of sanding, and trying to figure out where it touches. I'm in the process of getting the center fin of the face ducts to be chrome, to match my upper grill. Its turning out to be alot harder than I thought. I'm going to be busy all day tomorrow, but I have Monday off, so I have plenty of time to work on it. I should have pictures of the final install on Monday

I got mine done at AutoNetwork. They did a great job with molding the kit, and color matching. The finish looks as smooth as stock. HOWEVER, they seem to have a problem painting fiberglass. I dont know why, but it seems like all their customers with fiberlass bumpers have a big problem with rock chips! From what I've seen, M1 does the same quality work, but their paint jobs are alot more durable on fiberglass. If I had to recomend a bodyshop... M1!!

PM G35putih. He's selling them at a really good price, epsecially if you consider how much the original Ings face ducts cost!

I did a quick chop of what my car will look like with the new grill and face ducts. I think I may lose the eyelids, I think the front looks a bit busy. Yes I know the plate contributes to the busy look but I just got pulled over for no plate so I have to keep it on for a while

The ducts kinda remind me of a gallardo

Before I installed them, I wanted to take a few more pictures. I stuck the passenger side in, and not the driver side, so we can compare and look at the differences the face ducts make. Keep in mind that I didnt put any double sided tape, and I just stuck them in, thats why it looks like there are gaps. I'll post some pictures of the finish install in a little bit...

**warning**
I might end up going over my bandwidth with all these pictures, so G35Putih, you might have to host these pictures if I go over.

Now here are the final installed pictures. And the curve that I mentioned before. At the bottom of the face ducts, towards the center, it curves up a little. It looks like it curves a little too much. I had problems getting the double sided tape to hold it down. It still doesnt hold it down all the way, but no one can realy tell though. I might be having this problem, only because I molded my front lip, which doesnt allow me much play to wiggle the face ducts to fit right. Either way, I dont think its a problem. Its on snug, and the install was actually alot easier than I thought! Enjoy the pictures!

AHHH... DONT LOOK AT MY ROCK CHIPS!!!!!

Also, another thing thats nice about these.... since they're all fiberglass, and the surface isnt painted, but pollished fiberglass... its easy to clean up! When I first got it, there were a few scuffs on it that look kinda bad. I thought that I might have to paint it to cover those scuffs. I ran out of my pollishing compound, so I just used some chrome pollish, since they're equally as ebrassive and would have the same results. I hand buffed it with a micro fiber towel, and to my suprise, all the scuff marks all disapeared!!!!

so the front edges of the middle part isnt painted silver and just reflecting the light to give it that shiny look?.....

do you think they would need to be clearbra'd to protect from rock chips?

Actually the center fin has a chrome accent Thats my little touch to make it a little different. As for clear bra'ing it... I dont think you can really clear bra it. Also, its just raw, pollished fiberglass, so I dont think its really needed.

whoa, silverbolt, thank you for the little review. Your car looks awesome, i like the way you make the face ducts fit into the molded lip. How do you like it so far? Again, how is the fitment when installed? And, do you mind if I used your pics to be posted on the other threads? By the way, I have 3 pairs in stock that I just received. I will send them out maybe today or thursday to the first 3 person in line.
