Hmm, well it rains all the time in Florida, so I may stick with the JDM's since there is no leakage problem there.

Sealing it only takes 15 minutes, just let it sit for an hour or two to dry before yo pop them back in. You dont have to open it up and reseal, just put a layer of sealant over the edges.

Okay, just to be clear if I go w/ aftermarkets I need to be sure to seal them up and use the metal clips from the OE and I'll be good to go? I prefer the aftermarkets for the same reason that Silverbolt does. The OE's look like the reflectors on my bicycle.

o.k. guys......i had the after market lights and true they look cool, but i just couldn't take the flippen leaking ang i live in sunny l.a., and i didn't want to mickey mouse it with sealer so i just got back from performance nissan and got my jdm's!!!!

and they were $34.55.....i got burned the first time with after market $ 35.00 ones wich only came with the housing and not the whole set up with orange light's and all....great deal....and i dont have to be screaming to get pulled over by some bored cop....at least they look semi legal.

They're bumper lights, not turn signals or reflectors(they're not, right?), so they're legal as long as they're not blue. They would only be illegal if it was moded to also be a blinker though.

I have alot of random car stuff sitting around. I didnt have an orange wedge bulb, but I had an orange bulb "condom" for that size bulb that I used over my stock bulb. Any orange bulb of that size would do if you wanted that color.

thanx for make it clear (get it clear)....but i still wanted to pull my hair out every time i washed my car....it looked like a gold fish bowl...well maybe not that wet,....just being ****.

Mine leaks a little, but my brother's sedan is pretty bad. I think he sealed his a little while ago. I havent heard him complaining about it in a while
