Which clear corners...

Should I get the JDM clear corners like these
JDM corners

Or are knock-offs like these alright?
Knock-off corners

I don't care so much about them being JDM, but I don't want something that has crappy build quality. Thanks.

Both links to the same pic. IMO The NISSAN ones will be a perfect fit. I have purchased the blacked out ones (the inside of the housing is black) off ebay and they fit about as tight as my finger in the grand canyon! Stick with the nissan ones unless you wanna play around to get them to fit right.

Go with JDM ones. It's not that much more expensive, and you're guarunteed OEM fitment and quality(no condensation like cheap knock-offs might have) since it is an OEM part in Japan.

imo... the whole "JDM" trend is nothing more than just a trend. It shouldnt be about whats cool and whats not. These clear bumper lights are to make our cars more visually apealing. I chose the "euro" style clear bumper lights because they're more chrome and shiney, and it matches our headlights. The JDM one is smokey white, and prism'ed... which is nice, but it doesnt really match with anything.

The only thing I'm not too crazy about is how the orange bulb shows through durin the day. I tried LED orange bulbs, but they're not bright enough. I could use clear bulbs, but I'd rather have an orange light to match my blinkers... especially since I converted my bumper lights into blinkers too.

I used the clips off my stock bumper lights, and its snug and fits just like stock. It has a slight problem with leaking, but all it needs is a quick "once over" with some sealant. It shouldnt take you any longer than 15 minutes to do, and let it dry for a coupe hours.

Definitely go JDM OEM Nissan. Not because of the styling which is up to you, but because you can be assured OEM like fitment.

I have JDM ones and they fit great. I have to buy a new set cause of a little accident. I was going to get the euro kind, but I'm afraid of how it fits.

Silverbolt, does yours fit perfectly?

Fits perfectly. The metal prongs that come with it are week and cheap, but once I changed them out for my stock ones, they fit perfectly. my only complaint is that it leaks a little. My car rarely ever sees any rain, and a car wash really wont leak that much water in. I'll probably slap on a thin layer of sealant over the edges this weekend.

Okay, I fixed the links. Thanks for the heads up. Hey Silverbolt. Are you saying that you had to take apart the lenses you got an put them back together w/ the OE back plate? I do agree that the OE clears are a bit more prizmed, but I don't want to have to be a surgeon to get aftermarkets to work. Oh, for the bulb have you tried Silvania Silverstars? They look silver but burn orange when they're on. I was going to use those when I get the lenses. Thanks for the info guys.

Oh, I see. So by nature the aftermarkets leak a bit. That was the case w/ the lenses I bought for my Prelude. Thanks for the help.

I found some more close ups. They sit really flush However, they're not as perfect on the sedans. For the sedans, they euro clears are a little off... I dont have any pictures though. I'll see if I can take some pictures when I have time... if anyone wants to see.
