I got mine today . Wasnt thrilled to see how it was packed . The upper corners were sticking out thru the box . Lucky...I dont see no damage as of yet . Hope the grill comes for it soon , as I asked to have it shipped with out to get it sooner

do u have to remove that little lip that is on the bottom and then screw it on?

Yes, You will have to remove that and the bottom plastic engine cover. You will need to drill the new bumper and use the OEM fittings and screws to affix them to the new bumper.
