Talking

98intrigue,

For the sidemarkers we tried to test fit every bumper before they went out. Unfortunately after so many bumpers and a few sets of sidemarkers the sidemarker pins start to bend in the back...

If the sidemarker tab is not fitting all the way or is a tight fit usually its the rear hole needs to be made a bit wider. PM, call or email me if you need any help on that I do apoligize if you guys runs into that.
--------------------------
Driver UR G,

I'm sorry if we sold you a CRAPPY bumper as that is not our intention.

I thought G owners wanted another option in terms of aero kits but hearing things like this really does not make us want to make future G parts. If your not happy with our quality I challenge you to start producing your own non-crappy aftermarket bumpers.

If you have any issues please contact me directly instead of posting on the board saying the bumpers are crappy. You have the right to your opinion but we have worked really hard on this and take pride in our product.

---------------------------

I don't think any company can really match OEM quality 100%. With the amount of money they put into their molds I have huge respect for OEM manufactures. With any aftermarket there will always be slight modification. As Diesel1, booger and martyg35 mentioned even stock bumpers take a bit of playing with to line up correctly. As mentioned in any posts if anyone has any issues I would appreciate if you contact me or ConceptZ and we will do our best with in reason to help and work with our customers.

thanks for your time

we also have a right to know if the bumper was not well-made. if people knew that the bumpers had many small holes and fitment was not great, they would probably not waste their time buying it. if you have not noticed already, the biggest problem with aftermarket kits is the issue of fitment and quality. nobody wants to buy something that doesn't fit right or needs a lot of work to fix because it ends up costing just as much $$ if they would have bought the original. that is not fair to all of the potential future buyers to not know of any issues...

SundevilJay,

I completely agree our goal is a bumper with good fitment as I have seen problems with fitment with other aftermarket kits. Thats why I'm working to try and help the customer. All I'm asking is from customers is if you have any problems to let me know and give us a chance to address them and resolve them right away as I think thats fair. We have done parts for 300ZX and 350Z and always work on improving parts on customers feedback or know what to look for...

thanks in advance guys!

Nothing is perfect in this world... I hope people are not hoping to just thow paint on and install this... There is always prep work that needs to be done on almost EVERY aftermarket part. The ones that are 'perfect' are going to cost way more than this does.

Guys, Yuichi is offering a great bumper at a great price. This kind of customer satisfaction makes me feel all warm and giggly inside. He is willing to make his customers satisfied at his expense.

The bumper fits great. The only problem I have are the clear corners. The left one doesn't fit at all. The space is not tall enough for the clear corner to fit. The right side clear corner fits snug, but sticks out 1cm or so from the bumper (clear corners with stock bumper sit flush), which I can deal with.

I took off the bumper today and put the OEM back on. I'm calling my painter tomorrow to see when I can bring it back. The paint matched pretty well during the day, but at night...it just wasn't cutting it. I'm also going to see if he can touch up a few things for me. I'm hoping he can make the left clear corner fit. Also, there are 3 or 4 scratches on the lip of the bumper that are very noticeable. O yeah, and along the bumper where it meets the grill, there are 4 or 5 imperfections. For $150 to paint, I couldn't ask for much more out of it. I'm just going to tell the guy to do whatever it takes to make it look perfect and I'll pay it. I need this on by March 4th for the next Florida G35 Club meet.

This is as far as the clear corner will go in. The opening is not high enough.

The right side clear corner fits snug, but sticks out just a tiny bit (liveable)

The scratches on the lip I was talking about.

The tiny holes I was talking about. They will be noticeable in any urethane bumper. This picture exagerates them A LOT because of the lighting....they don't look this bad in person.

Side profile picture as requested.

Notice the paint match between the hood and the bumper next to the grill. A little off...but off too much at night. Also, the right clear corner fits snug...you can't tell it sticks out.

Tiny imperfections along where the bumper and grill meet. Again, there was very little preparation to the bumper...just paint. Any bumper will have tiny imperfections.

I agree. As I said in my post, for what very little prep work that was done to the bumper, this bumper is in great condition.

98intrigue,

You car looks sweet man, I appreciate the pictures so I know what I am in for when I get mine. I can prepare ahead of time and let my body guy know what he needs as well.
