Thanks for the shout out 98Intrigue! It's actually 14AWG solid core copper wire. We ar elooking for 16AWG solid copper wire but can not locate it. The 14AWG is just a tad bit of overkill. Speaker wire would be too flexible and not retain its bent shape to secure the mesh! The mesh looks great as does the rest of the bumper. I am sure by now you can take that bumper on and off in minutes compared the first time you tried installing it! LOL

Looking good! We would love to use pics of your G on our website for the mesh if that's okay! Let us know!

Let me redo the mesh and then I'll take some quality pictures of the mesh.

I did a crappy job on the mesh. You can see the white wires a little bit...and yes you are right on the money. What went from being an hoour job to get the bumper on and off now take 15 minutes or so.

How much lower is your car compared to stock height? It looks real nice but the side skirts need to be more aggressive.

Shop got mine on today . Fitment wasnt as good as i expected . Gaps are a little off from one side to the other . The shop does very good work and did a good job . They said they have seen far worse and thought for an after market bumper it did fit pretty good . Time to get her of and painted
