Hey guys i have a lakeshore slate Coupe and i just installed an aftermarket bumper. guys i tried 4 paint shops and i can seem to match the color of my car. the color comes out looking gray . please guys i need your help ..
what to do...

Honestly, Take it to an infiniti Dealer and have them do the paint match.

 

this happend with the guy Infinitz .........it took him a while to find a body shop to get his LS kenstyle kit the right color

I used quality body works the other day on my IP sedan (probably the hardest color to match) rear quarter panel and I couldn't be happier. This body shop was recommended by my Infiniti dealer.

 

will the bodyshop the dealer uses cost more?

 

probably not if you cut out the middle man... if you go to the dealership alot of the time they will charge you $$$ and then pay less to the actual shop and keep the difference (they do it alot with aftermarket stuff like remote starters and video screens)

 

you need to find a good painter that can tone up the color to match very very close and then it needs to be blended so you will not see the differece. good luck

 

thanks guys.. i got really close to the color i wanted ...its not on the money but i can live with it...
