OE certified rear spoilers on ebay??

Are these just as good as stock? The vendor that is selling them has over 60,000 transactions w/ a 98 or 99 percent rating...says the wings are certified as OE replacements. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT
