OEM Front Spoiler

Does anyone know how much lower to the pavement the lip would be on the OEM Front Spoiler compared to the stock black strip below the bumper?

I don't think the OEM lip spoiler will be any lower than the actual bumper. It just sticks out further if I'm not mistaken.
