Adjusting 06 Xenon Projector Height?
Hey,
The 06 Coupe's Bi-Xenon projectors are superb compared to the older reflector xenons. Very sharp cut-off, very even and wide beam pattern, and solid illumination. If you want to be critical, I'd say there is still a lot of room for improvement, I think mainly due to the headlight design/housing still holding the lighting back. And just like the old reflector xenons, they are pointed a bit low.
Due to the sharp cut-off and my area being full of idiotic deer running around late at night, I would like to adjust the bulbs a bit higher so I don't have to run high-beams all the time (so they point further down the road). I looked in the engine bay and it doesn't seem to be as easy (or doable at all) to adjust the bulb height.
Has anybody adjusted their 06 projector height? Any pictures, or explanation of how? I should be able to do it with instructions, but if I start exploring I am bound to mess something up.

There is a 10mm bolt behind each projector. Adjustment can be made without removing the wheel well liner or bumper. I suggest a ratcheting, closed-end wrench with angle adjustment.
It is actually an 8mm bolt, open the hood and look behind the lights. between the light housing and the wheel well covering. You adjust them at the silver 8mm bolt right there.
