Has anybody else been experiencing an unusually warm interior? Even for trips as short as 30 mins. It seems that there is a lot of heat being transferred in to the passenger compartment from somewhere. I have the fan-only turned on with the temp. set to 60 deg and it seems that I end up having to use the A/C a lot more than I use it for my other two cars (95 Saturn SL2 & 2000 Xterra), under the same driving conditions. And the exterior temp reads as low as 65 and it still gets too warm inside.

Oh, I filled up again this morning and the pump shut off after only 9 gals (now at 3/4 tank). The fuel gauge read 1/4 tank before filling. I tried and tried, but could not get my G to take anymore fuel. This is getting rather annoying. By the way, it was Costco of Richmond, CA where I filled up, or tried too anyway.

 

This is now the third report of "Costco-only" pumping problems. If there are others who have experienced problems with Costco pumps, please reply. I'll take the initiative to write the letter to their management!

Question, Why are you guys even using Costco gas? Isn't it like Arco gas...

You guys should be using like 76 or Cheveron...

haha.. have you guys seen shell's new campaign?
the shell next to my work has this big banner: "a cleaner engine runs better."
And I'm like... yeah, no kidding. And then they have another banner saying they have a new formula and yadda yadda yadda...
but i'm never going to trust them anyway. Not without a good 5 - 10 years of positive studies done on their gas. It's 76 for me.

Actually, in California there are only a couple of major oil refiners. They sell their fuel under multiple brand names.

 

My wife's car, a VW Passat, does the same thing. With the climate control on, but A/C off, the air flow out of the vents is pretty warm.

 

Yeah, mine is warm too. I live in Seattle where it's not really hot out. Even with the outside temp at 60 degrees, I need to use the AC on my G35. The vent doesnt seeem to cool the car down.

 

thanks for the responses. At least now I know I'm not the only one. Now we'll have to see how the dealer will resolve this issue.

Today the temp outside showed 0 degrees C (32 F). With the climate control set at 18C (the lowest setting available on the climate control), the vents blew <font color=blue> COLD</font color=blue> air. It didn’t seem that the air was being warmed at all by the engine or otherwise. Set at 18.5C, the vents start blowing <font color=red>warmed</font color=red> air.

I set the driver’s side to 18, and the passenger side (Dual Climate) to 30 degrees. Interestingly, the driver’s vent blew <font color=blue>cold</font color=blue> air and the passenger’s vent blew really <font color=red>hot</font color=red> air! Obviously, the heat proportioning doors (flappers?) work very well and at least in my car, as it was supposed to.

Those of you that have a problem with the vents blowing heated air when the climate control is set at its LOWEST obviously have a problem that many (most?) of us do not. This should certainly be covered under warranty by Infiniti.

Perhaps, if this has not already been done on another thread, we should do a Poll to see how many have the problem.
