G35 Coupe Parking Brake?

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I was wondering if anyone knew if the G35 Coupe-Automatic has the same hand parking brake as in the Coupe-Manual or does it have that awful step parking brake like in the sedan? I'd love to know before my coupe actually arrives. Thanks in advance.

When I first saw the rear brake control in the sedan, I was horrified. later, I decided it was probably not such a bad thing to have. You can control the transmission and steering while using your left foot for the 'e' brake. It doesn't do much except hang around in an automatic Xmission, anyway.

Waiting for snow, now

UNC Med here. I was granted in-state residency this week and I'm using the 25,000 dollars I saved on tuition to buy a new coupe.
Nice.

I think that applies to when the brakes are hot (say after a track session) not using the rear brake to keep the car from moving. In that case it is possible to melt the pads to the rotors and do significant damage.

I don't use it except to do donuts because I am a moron and forget to take it off. ;-)

They must be paying resident's better these days. I drove a 10 year old trans-am. Then i stepped down to the first Altima because I couldn't carry enough tools belts and hoses in the pontiac to keep it going.
