dynomat to eliminate rattles?

i've tried researching no luck.. i was wondering for people that have rattles, which is most, have you tried dynomatting your car? if so, did it eliminate any rattles? thanks.

Lots of sound deadening threads in the audio/video section. Some use dynamat, some use edead.
