i wanted to stop the cluster rattle from the large curved cover vibrating against the actual dashboard. i used some black velcro tape (the softer "fabric" side of the velcro) that i had left over from my oem satellite kit. i taped it up against the bottom of the cluster and used 3 large pieces. it got rid of the major rattles but it looks like i may need two more strips to fill in the rest of the gaps for rougher road conditions. it's thin enough to not wedge the cluster away from the dash but it cushions it when banging against the other plastic. that's one flaw to a cluster that moves with the steering wheel.
