Bride Seats - Ergo II or XAX II

I was browsing the 350site and found another item I must have for the G. So now, I've decided to let go of luxury for a while and get some BRIDE seats! I know, no heated seats....wtf am I thinking?!

but....they have leather now! yay! so anyways, here are the two I am deciding on:

Ergo II - Reclineable Seat Black Leather Gradation (high sides help my little self stay inside)

XAX II - Reclineable Seat Black Leather Gradation

I've gotten in and out of a 350z with race seats (high sides like the Ergo II), and its a little pain in the ***. Not as bad as getting in and out of a lotus elise, but if you don't mind some body contorting, the seat bolster are really sweet on the track. the OEM infiniti seat bolsters are just too small for hard cornering.

They have seat rails for sure, I saw em while I was in Japan. Go for the XAXII seats, the sides arent as high and the support and hold of the seats is still great! Not only is it a hassle climbing over those tall sides, but if you drive it daily they're going to wear out from all the rubbing of getting in and out of the car. I have the XAXII in my drift car, and they hold really nice.

i like those too, but the black leather with red stitching is less in your face and I was hoping to get the back seats reupholstered as well and that red would be alot!

Red Bride's would be hot, as long as the rest of your interior is black.

go with the black ergo's w/ red stitching. IF you're going to have racing seats, you may as well get the ones that do a better job of holding you in. just my .02

what about the airbag sensors that are built into the stock seats? the light will come on for sure? is there a bypass or something to get past that?
