how do i remove door panel on G35 Sedan

I am trying to replace the "titanium" door trim with "Factory Wood". Does any know how to remove the "finisher grip" on the doors - I can find no screws. I have examined the thread for the Coupe, but it seems different. Ideas?

It's very easy. There is a slot on the bottom edge of the plastic. Wrap a flat tip screwdriver with some cloth and just pry it up. It will come off very easily.
