Yes someone did put 350 seats in their sedan but he got a lot of crap for no pics so he deleted the thread.

If I remember right here were the issues:

1) they sit very low like the coupe seats so you need longer bolts and spacers to move them up.
2) one of the mounts needed minor modification to clear the sedan floor area.
3) the seat belts were not the same so he moved the Z belts over.
4) I want to say one of the plugs were different too.

Not sure if this is true or not but that's what I remember.

downgrade to cloth and no-power seats?

I'd pass

If you can find a 35th anniversary edition or grand touring leather power seats, then it'd be perfect.

The coupe and Z seats are about the same height so they should fit in the coupe. They may still need the other mods to install.

I am going to do this swap in my sedan very soon. I have a friend who just installed some JIC seats in his 350 and I am getting his black cloth Z seats for 300 bucks. I am going to go ahead and install them with the cloth and see if I really like them. If I do like the ride and feel I will remove them and have them wrapped in leather to match my interior. As soon as I have it done I will post some pics.

I had an 08 Z with the leather seats for a rental car the other day. I like the coupe seats a lot better.
