Shift **** not straight when tighten.

does anyone stock shift **** face towards the passenger window when tighten down.. it isn't straight....

Mine was centered b4 I changed it. Did you take out the metal ring inside? That might be why if its missing

ahh that's what's missing.. is there anyway i can fix this.. i don't think i have that any more..
