Rear trunk shelf rattle

Would I go into warranty with this printed out? I dont know if your registered and can view it. Its the 2nd one out of the 3. It says they have to order a squeak and rattle repair kit. It shows instructions how to do it, like i can do it myself. I have rear trunk rattle/vibration noise from bass of course, but even if the music is down and im on the highway the road noise has vibrations bad when i press the gas on the top lid or somewhere.

I didn't register yet. Can you just briefly explain if there is a TSB for the rattle from playing rap music or are they just telling you how to fix it yourself?

You dont need to register to just see the TSB, but to download the PDF you need to register. They have a couple of rattle issues to fix i guess. These are the 3 I see.

2003–2005 INFINITI G35 SEDAN; RATTLE, BUZZ, OR TICK NOISE FROM FRONT DOOR PANEL(S)

A rattle, buzz, or ticking noise coming from the front door area(s) when:
• listening to the audio system with a volume setting of "15" or below
and/or
• when driving over rough surfaces.

2003-2004 INFINITI G35 SEDAN; RATTLE FROM REAR PARCEL SHELF FINISHER

There is a rattle from the rear parcel shelf when playing music with:
• High bass (especially rap music)
And / or
• Volume setting of 15 or higher

And
• The rattle can be stopped by applying upward hand pressure to the trunk upper finisher.

2003–2004 INFINITI G35 SEDAN; RATTLE OR CREAK NOISE FROM TOP OF DOOR WINDOW FRAME
A rattle or creak noise coming from the top area of a window frame near the “B” pillar
• This noise may occur when driving over bumps or rough roads with the window rolled all the way up.
• If the noise occurs, it will stop when the window is rolled down.
• This noise may occur at any of the four side window frames.

I have the 2nd one the rear truck rattle, I even have it with the volume less than 10 and base set to zero.

I am out of warranty now but can I still go and get a TSB covered?

Thanks,

Jeremy

^^Ditto, my exhaust triggers it, so every time I press the gas I hear it.

TSB's are covered for free under the warranty period, but you can pay to have it done after the warranty expires. TSB's don't act as recalls.

So which TSB is the one for rattle on the rear shelf when you accelerate (press gas everytime). Is it the seatbelt mechanism? So I just take it into warranty with the TSB print out.
