Do it like me.
[1] Crack the broken mirror in the middle and pull it out (mirror is hold with the double side tape). It should still be attached when you pull it out. Be careful not to cut your finger when you remove it.
[2] Get a piece of heavy paper and cut it as the same size as the broken mirror (make a template)
[3] Bring the template to a glass shop and get a replacement mirror (make sure it has the same thickness as the broken mirror (bring the broken one to the shop too) - cost around $10-20
[4] Use a double side tape and put it back to the visor
You will save yourself ~$340
