Whats up everyone,

I just got a great deal off ebay for perfect condition sill plates (pair) for $65 w/ shipping. I definitely had to change mine because they were scuffed up pretty bad.

So i've been tryin to search around forums to get install guidelines but can't seem to come across any, in the end I decided to post this thread. Any help/advice on removing my current sill plates and installing the new one's would be greatly appreciated!!

Also any recommendations on some type of protectant to keep the new sill plates lookin clean would be help

they are secured by clips. just pull them off
