rear vinyl falling off
I had the same problem on my '04 G35 Coupe. I went to the local hardware store and picked up some spray adhesive. Applied the spray adhesive to the bottom of the vinyl padding and to the plastic that it peeled off of and put the padding back in place. I would recommend getting a decal scraper to be able to wedge in the sides and corners of the vinyl.
I have put some pictures up for you guys to see.
