Full Interior Conversion

Has anyone tried to covert a 04 interior (dash, console, gauges) to a 06 interior.

Dont think anyone has tried it, and im sure you could make it work, but you would probably need an ENTIRE 06 interior.

Not worth it at all, atleast there is a chance the 06 interior would bolt up, the most you would have to do is make a couple of brackets.

That would be a huge mess trying to swap in a 07+ interior.

The only way to make this cost effective would be to find a salvage car that you can get parts from.

You need to find a dash that dosent have the airbags blown.

You would probably need a new dash, center console, steering wheel, etc.

The door panels and rear of the interior will probably be left untouched. I guess if you really wanted to do a full conversion, you could get an 05+ carpet (which is darker), and get a new passenger seat, so you have full auto adjustments.

in order for the temp display to work, you'll have to rewire the 05 display to your 04. same thing with the gauges, you'll have to rewire. everything else works though. (radio, temp control)
