G35 glove box light always on

I have noticed this a few times and I don't know if it is normal or if it is messed up. My glove box light is on all the time, doesn't matter if the box is closed or not. I was reminded of this last night when I was driving home, I looked over and I could see the light through the seam.

Is this normal. I did a quick search and found nothing.

If you turn your headlights on, the glove box and upper storage box (If you don't have OEM NAV) turns on also.

download the file and see for yourself. The washer helps to tighten the lock so you'll get rid of the gap

go to an ACE hardware store. If you have one that is.
Buy the thick ones so you'll only use 2 pcs
