Anyone know how to change color of dash lights from orange to blue?
Thanks man! They're called size 194 or T10. I actually usually make my own LED bulbs from high power LEDs that have a frosted lense to diffuse the light better. LEDs can have very linear beam patterns so make sure their beam angles are wide or you'll have hotspotting. But MOST importantly, the G35 is a pro level retrofit. This is because the back of the gauge faces has orange/yellow paint on it to produce the amber light. The gauge face has to be desoldered from the circuit board and CAREFULLY removed. The paint has to be removed with sandpaper, dremel or drill and extreme caution needs to be taken not to break the gauge needles, spin them, or bust a stepper motor. Do not try to pull the needles off either. They require special knowledge and tools. Please feel free to ask me any more questions if you need help.

I just did mine. I used T5 bulbs not T10 just an FYI. T10 are way to big
Sure you could do this with maybe some arts and crafts laquir or fingernail paint. For the effort it takes to remove the old paint, you might as well go LED though.
Hey everyone, long-time lurker first-time poster. Quick question about the soldered led's, does anyone have a part number or know of a suitable replacement for these? I've got a few out in my cluster and wanted to have them in hand before I tear my dash apart but can't seem to find info about them. Also if you know how many there in the cluster, I plan on replacing all of them just in case. Thanks in advance!

Scorpio -- jeez, man! You had to take that pic on that background? Too many little chips everywhere on the cluster, on the background, oh my aching head!!
Lol I was thinking the exact same thing.
That is one busy floor, lol. Still helpful, but I lost count several times and just ordered a 100 count to be safe. Not looking forward to extracting and soldering all of those.
