It's still a G thang!!

 

I installed the kits yesterday. They work perfectly. Took about 1.5 hrs. But would've been shorter had I not wasted time trying to disconnect the trunk release cancel switch harness connector. What a pain in the ***. I must've spent a good 15-20 minutes and still couldn't figure it out. So I left it on and completed the job. The right instrument panel can still be removed with connector connected. Another task that took some time was when taking apart the dash. It takes a little guess work in figuring out the right amount of force to use. Sometimes it felt like the part would break but none did. Whew!

Well, like I said earlier, everything works. Now my 2003 G35 has everything in it a 2003.5 has except for some chrome treatment on the center console and the SAT radio capability, both options which I don't care for.
