Before I bought the car, the dealer told me the door grip on the driver side was loose. well.... a few days ago, the handle finally gave out on me and popped out.

My question is, do you think I can use some JB Weld and put it back in place or I might have to drop $450 on a new door?

Let me know if someone has had the interior driver's door panel replaced.

WHEW!!! sooo glad you dont have the purple suede... that seriously makes me sick to my stomach

anyway, does any piece of the handle's connector appear missing or broken? if so, then you may be able to get away with just buying a new handle

 

those things cost likst $30 from riverside infiniti.

and if no clips broke, then you can just pop it back in.

 

im going to check it out tonight. I saw some residual glue on the handle. I hope the dealer didnt just glue that peice back together.....

I just hope the door panel itself isnt messed up...

 

if that entire black that the siler trim is attached to pulled out, the door panel is busted form behind and there's no way to fix.

if you mean just the silver piece, you can buy that new for cheap.

Anyways back to the topic, you will be able to find door panels for sale every once in a while here
Check the Private for sale forum, and u might find a cheap replacement if jb weld or riverside can't hook you up....good luck
