There are charts on the sites to look up LED sizes

I've purchased from vleds.com, and for the most part I think they have a better selection than superbright, but their selection changes pretty regularly. Items available once are soon gone and never re-appear. There will be something similar, but the exact same bulb isn't there. I love the license plate and trunk bulbs I got, but I know that both are gone from the site, so if they ever burn out (been about a year) I'll have to find a different bulb.

Superbright, OTOH, has a more consistent selection, but their stuff is more basic, i.e. more LEDS vs. M-SMT or SMT bulbs. Vleds.com will almost always have several bulbs that are better and brighter for a given application than superbright, and have them in both 5K and 6K. Superbright might have one 1W 194 bulb whereas vleds will have several 1W and a few 2W 194 bulbs.

You can also do some searching on here for some LED vendors, but from what I've seen, they seem to fall in between superbright and vleds as far as better bulb availability. But overall vleds.com again seems to have a better selection than the vendors here (sorry vendors, but it's true). BTW, I'm not a paid spokesman for vleds.com, I just did a lot of searching/researching when I got the bulbs I have, and I've checked back with both sites on a regular basis (still haven't upgraded my festoon bulbs in the map lights or doors).

For dome / map light, you most likely will lose the auto dimming function with led lights. At least that's what happened to mine. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

When starting your car, do any of you get the Map light to flash a few times while starting?

Mine does this.

Maybe some voltage runs though on start up and it meets the bulbs minimum voltage, I'll plug in my voltmeter too I guess.
