Seat motor broken

Hey guys, need your input on this. I'm looking to purchase a 2005 G35 coupe. Overall, the car is clean and flawless. The one issue is that the driver's side seat motor is broken. How expensive is it to fix this? The dealership is willing to either fix it for me as a condition of the sale, or subtract the cost to repair it off the agreed upon price.

I'm curious to see how much it costs to fix and if this leads to other problems in the future.

Shouldn't be very expensive at all...and I wouldn't worry about that
being a reoccurring problem. Make sure the windows work very good,
those are the motors that will SCREW you in the end....

Good luck with the purchase, you wont regret it!
