Seat tilts to one side
Here's a wierd one! 
When I operate the rear lift motor on my drivers seat it feel like for the first few seconds the left side of the seat is lifting BEFORE the right side. It ends up with the side of the seat rubbing against the armrest causing an annoying squeak while driving. 
I've had the seat out of the car and can find nothing obvious broken/loose/twisted.
The seat isn't loose in any way when in the car.
Thoughts????
