I think the ergonomics of it is better and the feel, not as bulky..... but I want to make sure it at least fits properly..... I guess I'll have to ask the dealership unless anyone has tried it.....

Yeah, I like the ergonomics better in the g37 **** better than the gigantic lightbulb **** in the older models.

Yes i just got installed in my car this past Friday....fits great, looks better, feels better.....

i had dealer install, but got it done for free.....we said that my old shift **** was just barely starting to peel but after less than 1 year ownership no reason for, so they took off old and "replaced with new/same style" for documentation purposes, but really installed "g37" shift ****.....i just had to pay for shift ****, and also got free new g35 shift ****

will take pics after work

depends on how picky you are......the only spot you could maybe say it doesnt line up perfect is where the shifter meets the boot because the new shift **** at the bottom has a rectangular shape and the old shifter is circular.....but you cant tell without staring at it forever......shift ***** are same height but new **** feels lighter and is smaller in overall size with a more oval shape than that big fat round ball like the old one. got dealer to sell at $109....best price ive seen, besides i got free install and brand new old style.
